This month we will have the June solstice, which occurs on 21st June at 08:25 UTC this year. I will be making a fire ceremony to celebrate the solstice in Kirkmichael, Perthshire, Scotland. There are limited places available for this event, please get in touch if you would like to participate.
Wajxakib B’atz, the most important day of the sacred calendar, falls on 22nd June 2026. Wajxakib B’atz is the renewal of the ceremonial cycle. It is a day on which new Aj Q’ij’ab are initiated and a day of celebration of the sacred calendar itself.
