Here are the days of the Chol Q’ij mapped onto the Gregorian month of October 2017.
This will be a relatively inactive Gregorian month, astronomically, although the Orionid meteor shower of 20th/21st October may prove to be interesting this year due to its proximity to the date of the new moon. The dark October skies may make for some spectacular shooting stars.
